European Data Protection Days (EDPD) 2013

3rd European Data Protection Days

Meet privacy institutions, privacy officers and data protection specialists from all over the world!

Are you searching for an event that deals with more than just the implications of the European Data Protection Reform on your company and the specific data protection challenges within Europe? Your corporation operates globally and you would like to expand your knowledge in this field? Then you should indeed visit the 3rd European Data Protection Days.

This event combines it all:

The International Data Protection Day, 13 May 2013, is especially dedicated to those data protection issues within global areas most relevant to your company. Listen to first-hand reports from data protection specialists working outside Europe and from experts of institutes and consultancies specialising in data protection. The conference bridges the whole world, so that after your visit you will feel much more confident in dealing with complex questions on international data protection!

During the European Data Protection Day, 14 May 2013, you will have the opportunity to listen to a total of seven ‘hands-on‘ reports from data protection officials from different European countries; discuss the European Data Protection Reform with a panel of top-class professionals and afterwards receive in-depth knowledge on the Reform through individual presentations. The afternoon parallel sessions will allow you to choose exactly those topics which are most relevant to you.

The conference will be rounded off by numerous networking opportunities, be it during the Business Speed-Dating session or whilst enjoying the guided tour of the city in the evening, to which we cordially invite you.

A high-level event offering insights on multinational privacy and data protection issues to come!
